All that parcel of land in the Land District of Otago, containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, situate in the Township of Macrae's, being Section No. 1 of Block VII. of said township. Bounded towards the north-west by Crown lands, 968 links; towards the east by Crown lands, 1200 links; towards the south-east by Garden Street, 699 links; and towards the south-west by Hyde Street and Crown lands, 1230 links. For recreation purposes.
SOUTHLAND.
All that parcel of land in the Land District of Southland, containing by admeasurement 47,500 acres, more or less, being the island known as Resolution Island, situated on the south-west coast of the Middle Island of New Zealand. Bounded towards the north by Breaksea Sound; towards the east by Acheron Passage; towards the south by Dusky Sound; and towards the west by the ocean. For a reserve for the preservation of native fauna and flora.
