Proclaiming the Taking and Laying-off of a Road over Land in the Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and in exercise of all powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the road described in the Schedule hereto has been duly taken and laid off through the land specified, under warrant of the date given, in the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 4 acres 1 rood 6 perches, more or less, situate in the Pirongia Survey District, being a road, 100 links wide, traversing the north-eastern portion of the Mangauika Block (No. 6210), the centre line of which commences at a point on the northern boundary-line of the aforesaid block at a distance of 3820 links or thereabouts from its north-easternmost angle; and proceeds southerly generally for a distance of 4293 links or thereabouts to a point on the northern boundary-line of the Kaipihā Block (No. 6118) at a distance of 1876 links or thereabouts from the Waipa River: as the same is delineated on Map No. 5960, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

Date of Governor’s warrant, 4th July, 1890.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, of Onslow in the County of Salop; Viscount Cranley, of Cranley in the County of Surrey; Baron Onslow, of Onslow in the County of Salop, and of West Clandon in the County of Surrey; Baron Cranley, of Imbercourt; Baronet; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at Wellington, this twenty-second day of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-one.

I N pursuance and in exercise of all powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the roads described in the Schedule hereto have been duly taken and laid off through the land specified under warrants of the dates given in the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 roods, more or less, situate in the Purua Survey District, being a road, generally 100 links wide, traversing a portion of the Maunu No. 1H Block (No. 3743H), the north-eastern side of which commences at a point on the north-western boundary-line of the Kioreroa High School endowment at a distance of 219·4 links or thereabouts from its westernmost angle; and proceeds north-westerly generally, for a distance of 895 links or thereabouts, to a point on the north-eastern boundary-line of the Whangaitini Block (No. 2523) at a distance of 236·6 links or thereabouts from its northernmost angle: as the same is delineated on Map No. 5965, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

Date of Governor’s warrant, 25th November, 1880.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 8 acres and 24 perches, more or less, situate in the Purua Survey District, being a road, 100 links wide, traversing the Maunu No. 1H Block, the eastern side of which commences at a point on the north-western boundary-line of the Whangaitini Block (No. 2523) distant about 86 links from its northernmost angle; and proceeds north-westerly and easterly generally, for a distance of 8113 links, to a point on the south-western boundary-line of the Maunu No. 2 Block (No. 3743A) 107 links from its westernmost angle: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Maps Nos. 5965 and 5965A, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

Date of Governor’s warrant, 25th November, 1880.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 11·6 perches, more or less, situate in the Purua Survey District, being a road, 100 links wide, lying within the Maunu No. 2 Block (No. 3743A), the north-western side of which commences at the north-western angle of the Maunu No. 2 Block aforesaid; and proceeds for a distance of 1861 links or thereabouts along its north-western boundary-line.

Also all that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 25·4 perches, more or less, situate in the Purua Survey District, being a portion of a road, of irregular width, lying within the Maunu No. 2 Block (No. 3743A), the north-eastern side of which commences at a point on the north-eastern boundary-line of the Maunu No. 2 Block aforesaid 475·8 links distant from its northernmost angle; and proceeds south-easterly along that boundary-line for a distance of 290 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.

As the same are delineated on Map No. 5965A, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

Date of Governor’s warrant, 31st October, 1888.

All that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 7 acres 1 rood 25 perches, more or less, situate in the Purua Survey District, being a road, 100 links wide, and of irregular width, traversing the Maunu No. 1A Block (No. 3743A), the western side of which commences at a point on the north-western boundary-line of the Maunu No. 2 Block 1723 links distant from the north-western angle of the said block; and proceeds north-easterly generally, for a distance of 7576 links, to the road at the westernmost angle of the endowment purchased for the School of Forestry in the Papatawa Block (No. 3946): be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Map No. 5965A, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.

I N pursuance and in exercise of all powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the road described in the Schedule hereto has been duly taken and laid off through the land specified, under warrant of the date given, in the said Schedule.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that parcel of land situated in the Waipakura Survey District, containing by admeasurement 13 acres 2 roods, more or less, being a road, not less than 100 links wide, traversing the Puketarata Block, the south-eastern side of which commences at a point on the right bank of the Wanganui River distant about 400 links above the confluence of the said river with the Kauarapaoa Stream (the said point being marked A on the plan hereinafter referred to); and proceeds thence in a generally north-easterly direction to a point on the left bank of the said stream situate north 9715 links and west 29781 links from Parikino Trig. Station (and marked B on the plan hereinafter referred to): as the same is delineated on the plan marked Survey Office 4452/29, deposited in the District Survey Office, Wellington.

Date of warrant, 5th August, 1890.
