Proclaiming the Taking and Laying-off of a Road over Land in the Taranaki Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of all powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the road described in the Schedule hereto has been duly taken and laid off through the land specified, under warrant of the date given, in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Taranaki, containing by admeasurement 44 acres 2 roods 27 perches, more or less, situate in the Ngaire Survey District, being a road-line, of a width of 100 links or thereabouts, traversing Te Ngaire Block, the northern side of which commences at a point on the confiscation-line 5489 links from the westernmost corner of the said Te Ngaire Block, and marked “A” on Plan No. 38A hereinafter referred to; and continues south-easterly generally for a distance of 44482 links or thereabouts to the boundary-line between the aforesaid Te Ngaire Block and the Mangamingi No. 2 Block, at a point 4555 links south from peg numbered X. on the said boundary-line: be the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on Maps Nos. 38A, 38B, 38C, and 38D, deposited in the Survey Office, New Plymouth.
Date of Governor’s warrant, 9th March, 1890.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, of Onslow in the County of Salop; Viscount Cranley, of Cranley in the County of Surrey; Baron Onslow, of Onslow in the County of Salop, and of West Clandon in the County of Surrey; Baron Cranley, of Imbercourt; Baronet; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at Wellington, this ninth day of May, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety-one.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and in exercise of all powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the road described in the Schedule hereto has been duly taken and laid off through the land specified, under warrant of the date given, in the said Schedule.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 2 acres 3 roods 23 perches, more or less, situate in the Maketu Survey District, being a road, 100 links wide, traversing a portion of the Motungarara Native Reserve (No. 3930A), the northern side of which commences at a point on the north-western boundary-line of the Motungarara Native Reserve aforesaid 1953 links south-westerly from the north-eastern angle of Section No. 17, Block I., Maketu Survey District; and proceeds south-easterly generally for a distance of 2883 links or thereabouts to the road known as the Kirikiri Road: as the same is delineated on Map No. 5987, deposited in the Survey Office, Auckland.
