867 acres; term, twenty-one years. Upset rental, £21
13s. 6d. per annum.
Maniototo District: Sections 19 and 20, Block III., and
Sections 5 and 9, Block IV., about 559 acres; term, twenty-
one years. Upset rental, £13 19s. 6d. per annum.
Tiger Hill District: Run 244c, about 1,701 acres; term,
twenty-one years. Upset rental, £42 10s. 6d. per annum;
valuation for improvements, £170 10s.
Tiger Hill District: Run 244r, about 1,701 acres; term,
twenty-one years. Upset rental, £42 10s. 6d. per annum;
valuation for improvements, £327 5s.
Possession of the foregoing runs will be given on day of
sale.
Purchasers will be required to hand to the auctioneer the
declaration required by section 200 of "The Land Act, 1885,"
and to pay the first half-year's rent from the 1st September
next, and lease- and registration-fees (£1 11s.), on fall of
hammer.
Valuations for improvements payable within fourteen days
from day of sale.
RURAL AND SUBURBAN DEFERRED-PAYMENT LANDS (under
Part III. of "The Land Act, 1885").
Tuapeka West District (Rural): Section 18, Block II.,
55 acres 1 rood 23 perches. Upset price, £1 per acre. Valua-
tion for improvements, £16 10s.
Glenkenich District (Rural): Section 74, Block XI., 136
acres 3 roods 9 perches. Upset price, £1 per acre. Valua-
tion for improvements, £70.
Waikoikoi Town (Suburban): Sections 9, 13, and 20, con-
taining 2 acres and 8 perches, 1 acre, and 1 acre 1 rood
39 perches respectively. Upset price, £5 per acre. Valua-
tion for improvements on Section 13, £3 4s.
Terms of Payment: For rural lands, one twenty-eighth of
the total price and £1 1s. (license-fee) to be paid on fall of
hammer; balance in equal half-yearly payments extend-
ing over fourteen years. For suburban lands, one-tenth of
total price and £1 1s. (license-fee) to be paid on fall of
hammer; balance in equal half-yearly payments extending
over five years. Purchasers must deposit the statutory
declaration required by section 113 of "The Land Act, 1885,"
and pay valuation for improvements (if any) at time of sale.
TOWNSHIPS.
Town sections in Kaitangata and Kurow Townships.
Upset price, £30 per acre.
Suburban sections in Bastings (Rae's Junction) and Her-
bert Townships. Upset price of Bastings sections, £3 per
acre; of Herbert section, £5 per acre.
Terms of Payment: Twenty per cent. deposit on fall of
hammer; balance (with Crown-grant fee £1) within thirty
days.
EDUCATION RESERVES.
Kaitangata Township: Section 2, Block XIII., and Section
13, Block XIV., containing 1 rood each. Upset price, £7 10s.
per section.
Terms of Payment: Twenty per cent. deposit on fall of
hammer; balance, with costs of transfer, within thirty days.
