THE PROSPECTORS’ COMPANY (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that, at an extraordinary general meeting of the Prospectors’ Company (Limited), held on the 6th day of April, 1891, the following resolutions, namely—
(1.) “That the company be wound up voluntarily under the provisions of ‘The Companies Act, 1882.’”
(2.) “That Richard Henry Leary, of Dunedin, Accountant, be, and he is hereby, appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
—were duly passed; and at an extraordinary general meeting of the said company, held on the 24th day of April, 1891, the said resolutions were submitted for confirmation as special resolutions, and were duly confirmed.

THE Partnership hitherto subsisting between WILLIAM BEGG, ADAM BEGG the younger, JOHN McQUORN BEGG, THOMAS BEGG, and MATTHEW BEGG, in the business of Farmers and Graziers and otherwise, and carried on under the style of “Begg Brothers,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent, by the retirement therefrom of the said Thomas Begg and Matthew Begg. The said William Begg, Adam Begg, and John McQuorn Begg alone will henceforth carry on business together in partnership, under the style of “Begg Brothers.”

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between the undersigned EVERARD HANNAM HENDERSON and WILLIAM ARTHUR STAINTON as Sheepfarmers, at Matakaoa, under the firm of “Henderson and Stainton,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 1st day of January, 1891.
