Acts, hold a Court at Whakatane, on the 18th day of May,

in the said case, and having objections to the dealing, are
hereby notified to attend.

whereof ALFRED THOMAS KNEE is registered Proprietor,
and evidence having been given of reasonable cause for dis-
pensing with the production of such certificates of title, I
hereby give notice that I will register such dealings and
dispense with the certificates of title under section 38 of
"The Land Transfer Act, 1885," unless caveat forbidding
