NOTICE is hereby given that the parcel of land herein-
after described will be brought under the pro-
visions of “The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” unless caveat
be lodged forbidding the same on or before the 16th day of
May, 1891.

dealing affecting the land comprised in certificate of
title, Vol. cxxii., folio 132, whereof JOSEPH CLINCH
SPENCE is the registered Proprietor, and statutory declara-
tions of the loss of the said certificate of title having been
lodged with me, and an application having been made for
the issue of a provisional certificate of title, I hereby give
notice that I shall register such dealing and issue the provi-
sional certificate as requested at the expiration of fourteen
days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

matter of the Silver King Silver- and Lead-mining Com-
pany (Limited), in liquidation.

BY an order made by His Honour Mr. Justice Denniston
in the above matter, dated the 7th day of April,
1891, on the petition of Samuel Manning, Esq., of Christ-
church, Gentleman, it was ordered that the said Silver King
Silver- and Lead-mining Company (Limited) be wound up
by the Court under “The Companies Act, 1882.”

In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and of the
Paroa Gold-dredging Company (Limited).

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the members of
the above-named company, duly convened and held at
No. 3, Grey Street, in the City of Wellington, the following
extraordinary resolution was duly passed:—

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meet-
ing that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities,
continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up
the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up
voluntarily.”

And at the same meeting SAMUEL BROWN, of Wellington,
was appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such wind-
ing-up.

NEW ALBURNIA GOLD-MINING COMPANY
(LIMITED).

I, the undersigned Manager, hereby give notice that an
increase in the capital of the above-named company
was, on the 6th day of April, 1891, resolved on. The mode
adopted for the increase is by issuing thirty thousand new
shares of ten shillings each, one shilling and sixpence per
share paid up, in addition to the twenty thousand shares
now existing in the company.
