NOTICE is hereby given that WILLIAM STRACHAN (LIMITED), a company incorporated under “The Companies Act, 1882,” and having its registered office in Pitt Street, Dunedin, New Zealand, has applied to register, under “The Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks Act, 1889,” the trade-mark of which the following is a representation :—

THE following pastoral leases will be submitted to auction at the Land Office, Invercargill, on Wednesday, the 11th March next, at noon, under the general conditions contained in Part IV. and Appendix H of “The Land Act, 1885,” and amendments thereof. Term, ten years from the 1st March, 1892 :—

The five remaining runs are unburdened with valuation, and delivery of these will be given on fall of hammer.

Run liable to Forfeiture.

NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of section 188 of “The Land Act, 1885,” that Run No. 493 is liable to forfeiture; and if the rent and penalty be not paid within three months from the present date the existing license will be declared forfeited.
