Any person may, at any time within two months from the
date of this Gazette, give me notice in writing, in duplicate,
of opposition to the grant of the patent, stating in such
notice the particular grounds of his objection.
No. 4812.—EDWARD WATERS, of 131, William Street, Mel-
bourne, Victoria, Patent Agent (nominee of Zachary Taylor
French and William Cristian Meyer, both of Boston, Suffolk
County, Massachusetts, one of the United States of America,
Machinists). An invention for improvements in the method
of sewing boots and shoes, and in means or apparatus em-
ployed therein.
No. 4813.—CARL AUGUST BERGERSEN, of Palmerston
North, New Zealand, Engineer. An invention for improve-
ments in wool-presses, to be known as "Bergersen's Patent
Wool-press."
No. 4815.—MARTIN McDERMOTT and ROBERT HALL, both
of College Road, Ponsonby, Auckland, New Zealand, Iron-
mongers. An invention for laundry purposes, to be called
"McDermott and Hall's Liquid Blue."
No. 4816.—JOHN ANDERSON and ARCHIBALD MORRISON,
trading as Anderson and Morrison, both of Dunedin, New
Zealand, Plumbers. An invention for obtaining an induced
current of air to or from a building, or where required, or
both ways combined, for the purposes of ventilation or
disinfecting, and entitled "The Zephyr Ventilator and
Ejector."

the name or style of J. FROSSARD AND COMPANY, at
Wynyard Square, Sydney, New South Wales, and Payerne,
Switzerland, Cigar Manufacturers, have applied to register,
under "The Patents, Designs, and Trade-marks Act, 1889,"
the trade-mark of which the following is a representation:—

Nature of the Articles to which it is intended such Trade-
mark shall apply.
