All that parcel of land in the Land District of Otago, containing by admeasurement 80 acres, more or less, being Section No. 23, Block IV., Maruwenua Survey District. Bounded on the north by a road-line, 5600 links; on the east by Section No. 14 of same block, 670 links; on the south by Sections Nos. 13, 1, and 22 of same block, 4814 links; on the west by Sections Nos. 6 and 16 of same block, 2885 links: and intersected by a road-line 100 links wide: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Dunedin. All that parcel of land in the Land District of Otago, containing by admeasurement 1 rood 15 perches, more or less, being Section No. 1, Town of Catlin’s. Bounded on the north by Lake Street, 138 links; on the east by Section No. 2 of said town, 250 links; on the south by Section No. 14 of said town, 138 links; and on the west by Bern Street, 250 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Dunedin. For post and telegraph purposes.

All that parcel of land in the Land District of Otago, containing by admeasurement 1 acre and 30 perches, more or less, being Sections Nos. 12 and 13, Block LXV., and Sections Nos. 11 and 12, Block LXVI., Township of Kaitangata. Bounded on the north by Sections Nos. 10 and 11 of Block LXV. 194·8 links, also by Needles Street 201 links; on the east by a street-line, 522 and 522 links; on the south by Needles Street 270·8 links, also by Sections Nos. 13, 14, and 15 of Block LXVI. 277 links; and on the west by Section No. 14 of Block LXV. 250 links, also by Section No. 10 of Block LXVI. 250 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Dunedin.
