I, JOSEPH HENRY ERNEST JARVIS, Member of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, and Licentiate of the Royal College of Physicians of London, and a duly-registered Medical Practitioner of Great Britain, now residing at Napier, do now give notice of my intention of applying on the 8th day of March, 1890, to have my name placed on the Register of Medical Practitioners in the Colony of New Zealand; and I have this day deposited with the Registrar at Napier the evidence of my qualifications, in terms of “The Medical Practitioners Act, 1869.”
