KENILWORTH GOLD- AND SILVER-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 202 of “The Companies Act, 1882,” that a General Meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held on Monday, the 21st day of April, at the offices of the company, Insurance Buildings, Queen Street, Auckland, in order that there may be laid before the said company an account showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company has been disposed of, and in order that the said company may hear any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator; and also in order that an extraordinary resolution may be passed for determining the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator shall be disposed of.
