serve at Waimate, in the Waimate County, to the
Corporation of the Borough of Waimate, and for
empowering the Corporation to act as Trustees of
the Library.

No. 27. An Act to authorise the Temporary Closing of Por-
tions of certain Public Streets within the City of
Dunedin, and to provide for the Sale of Intoxicat-
ing Liquors at an Exhibition Building in the said
City.

No. 28. An Act for the Transfer of the Athenæum Reserve at
Queenstown, in the Lake County, to the Corpora-
tion of the Borough of Queenstown.

No. 29. An Act to dissolve the Riverton Harbour Board, and
to vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses
of the Borough of Riverton all the Powers and
Property of the said Board.

No. 1. An Act to amend “The New Zealand Bank Act,
1861.”

No. 2. An Act to amend an Act of the General Assembly of
New Zealand intituled “The Church Property
Trust (Canterbury) Act, 1879,” and to extend the
Trusts and Purposes upon which certain Property
(therein referred to as “the Bishopric Estate”)
is held by the Church Property Trustees within
the Diocese of Christchurch.

No. 3. An Act to enable the Wellington and Manawatu
Railway Company (Limited) to expend such Part
of its Capital in draining the Makererua Swamp
and other Swamp-lands as may be necessary for
that Purpose.

No. 4. An Act to authorise the Members of the Loyal Napier
Lodge, Number Four thousand five hundred and
ninety-six, Hawke’s Bay District, Independent
Order of Odd Fellows, Manchester Unity, to hold
the Meetings of their Lodge at other Places within
the Borough of Napier than on Town Section
Number One hundred and twelve, Napier, and to
deal with said Town Section.
