NOTICE is hereby given that the parcel of land hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions of “The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the 19th day of January, 1891.

In the matter of “The Foreign Companies Act, 1884,” and of the Londonderry Terrace Sluicing Company (No Liability).
NOTICE is hereby given that the office or place of business of the above-named company in New Zealand, where legal proceedings of any kind may be served, and to which notices of any kind may be addressed or given, is at the office of the said company, situated on Burke’s Terrace, near Skipper’s Point, Lake County, New Zealand.

THE WAIPAPA CREEK GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that the following resolutions, namely,—

“That the company be wound up voluntarily, and that Richard Henry Leary, of Dunedin, Public Accountant, be appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up;”

“That the Liquidator be authorised to make and enter into any such sale or arrangement as is contemplated by section 222 of ‘The Companies Act, 1882,’ and in particular to enter into an agreement for the sale of the company’s assets upon terms mentioned in the subjoined draft agreement to a company proposed to be incorporated, under the subjoined memorandum and articles of association, as the Waipapa Dredging Company (Limited), for the purpose, amongst others, of purchasing the said assets;”
—were passed at an extraordinary general meeting of the Waipapa Creek Gold-mining Company (Limited), held at the registered office of the company, in Dunedin, on the 21st day of November, 1890, and were duly confirmed at an extraordinary general meeting of the said company held at the same place on the 10th day of December, 1890.
