“THE NATIVE LAND COURT ACTS AMENDMENT ACT, 1889.”
NOTICE is hereby given that I, JOHN WILSON, of Cambridge, Gentleman, claiming to have purchased or acquired the parcel of land situate at Tauranga, and known as Oteora No. 1 Block, have, on the 15th day of September, 1890, left at the office, in the Government Buildings, at the City of Wellington, of the Registrar of the Native Land Court for the District of Wellington, the place appointed in that behalf by the Commissioners appointed under section 20 of the above-mentioned Act, an application, pursuant to the said Act and to the rules made by the said Commissioners thereunder, that the said Commissioners shall inquire into all the circumstances attending the said alleged alienation or acquisition of the said interests in the said lands.
And notice is hereby further given that certified copies of such application, and of every instrument in writing, order of the Native Land Court, and other document upon which I rely in support of the said claim, have been deposited by me with the Clerk of the Resident Magistrate’s Court at Tauranga, where the same are open for public inspection without payment of any fee.
And notice is hereby further given that every person desiring to be heard in opposition to my claim is required to file and serve notice of such opposition, and of the grounds thereof, fourteen days at least before the day which shall be appointed for hearing my said claim, and in the form and manner prescribed by the rules made by the said Commissioners.
And notice is hereby further given that my address for service is at 5, Wyndham Street, in the Town of Auckland.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership which has for some time past been carried on by MICHAEL EDWARD GROOME and WALTER HENRY BOLTON, under the firm of “Groome and Bolton,” in the business of Sheepfarmers, at Onepu, near Te Aute, was this day dissolved by mutual consent. All accounts owing by or to the late firm will be paid by and received by the said Michael Edward Groome.

I, JAMES FITZGERALD, Bachelor of Medicine and Master in Surgery of the University of Edinburgh, now residing in Kaitangata, Provincial District of Otago, New Zealand, do hereby give notice that it is my intention to apply to you, on the 5th January, 1891, to have my name placed upon the Medical Register of the Colony of New Zealand; and that I have deposited my evidence of qualification for public inspection with the Registrar of Births, Deaths, and Marriages at Dunedin.
