"The Native Lands Frauds Prevention Act, 1881," and the Native Lands Frauds Prevention Act 1881 Amendment Acts, 1888 and 1889.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Trust Commissioner will, under the authority and for the purposes of the said Acts, hold a Court at Whanganui, on the 20th day of December, 1890, at 10.30 a.m., for investigating the case mentioned in the Schedule hereunder, at which time and place all persons interested in the said case, and having objections to the said dealing, are hereby notified to attend.

Rehearing ordered on the condition that each party of Ngatipukeko and Ngatiiti shall deposit £50 with the Registrar of the Court at Whanganui, on or before the 16th day of December, 1890, as security for costs. The minutes of evidence to be read as evidence upon the rehearing. Each party to be at liberty to call witnesses to correct or add to the evidence then given.
Rehearing ordered on the condition that the applicant, Maikara Parete Teira, shall deposit with the Registrar of the Court at Whanganui the sum of £5, as security for costs, on or before the 22nd day of December, 1890.
