Plans of the sections may be seen, and further information obtained, on application at the Crown Lands Office, Customs Street, Auckland.

Terms of Sale: One-fifth of the purchase-money to be paid at time of sale, and the balance within thirty days thereafter, otherwise the part of the purchase-money paid by way of deposit shall be forfeited, and the contract for the sale of the land shall henceforward be null and void.

Crown-grant fee (usually £1) to be paid on completion of purchase.

IN accordance with section 188 of “The Land Act, 1885,” I hereby give notice that the run described in the Schedule hereto will be declared forfeited if the amount of rent due, together with the penalty for non-payment, are not paid to the Receiver of Land Revenue, Napier, within three months from the date of first insertion of this notice.
