Mining Notices.
I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register the Star of Waiariki Gold-mining Company as a no liability company, under the provisions of “The Mining Companies Act, 1886.”
- The name of the company is to be the Star of Waiariki Gold-mining Company (No Liability).
- The place of operations is at Puhipuhi, Whangarei, in the Provincial District of Auckland.
- The registered office of the company will be situated at Cameron Street, in the Town of Whangarei.
- The value of the company’s property, including lease-ground, is six hundred and ninety pounds.
- The number of shares in the company is forty thousand shares of five shillings each.
- The number of shares subscribed for is twenty-seven thousand five hundred.
- The name of the Manager is Thomas Herbert Steadman.
- The names, addresses, and occupations of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date, are as follow:—

NOTICE is hereby given that the office of the above-mentioned company is at Cameron Street, in the Town of Whangarei; and that THOMAS HERBERT STEADMAN is the Manager of the said company.

Private Advertisements.
I, FREDERICK GEORGE MORGAN, Registrar, at Invercargill, of the Supreme Court, for the District of Otago and Southland, do hereby notify that an affidavit, a copy of which is hereunder given, by Henry Wilson, Chairman of the Hokonui Coal-mining Company (Limited), has been lodged in the Resident Magistrate’s Court at Invercargill, and forwarded to me; and that, unless notice of objection be lodged with me within sixty days of this date, I shall proceed to declare the said company to be dissolved, in manner provided by “The Companies Act, 1882.”

I, Henry Wilson, of Invercargill, in New Zealand, Chairman of the Hokonui Coal-mining Company (Limited), incorporated under “The Companies Act, 1882,” do hereby make oath and say—
- That the nominal capital of the said company is one thousand six hundred pounds, in one thousand six hundred shares of one pound each.
- That the shares have been fully paid up.
- That the company has no assets, and has ceased to carry on its operations; and I, the said Henry Wilson, do hereby apply for declaration of dissolution of such company.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Registrar of Friendly Societies has, pursuant to section 10 of “The Friendly Societies Act, 1882,” by writing under his hand dated this 25th day of November, 1890, cancelled the registry of the New Zealand United Legal Friendly Benefit Burial Society, Register No. 260, held at Auckland, on the ground that the said society has ceased to exist.
