NOTICE is hereby given that at the sitting of the Court presently being held at Marton, on the 6th day of December, 1890, will be heard the applications of the several persons named in the first column of the Schedule hereto, that the shares and interests of the several persons under disability, named in the second column of the said Schedule, in the lands named in the third column of the said Schedule, shall, under the provisions of “The Maori Real Estate Management Act, 1888,” be vested in new Trustees under the said Act, in substitution for Trustees now deceased.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Trust Commissioner will, under the authority and for the purposes of the said Acts, hold a Court at the Resident Magistrate’s Court, Wellington, on the 5th day of December, 1890, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for investigating the cases mentioned in the Schedule hereunder, at which time and place all persons interested in the said cases, and having objections to any of the dealings, are hereby notified to attend.

NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of land hereinafter described will be brought under the provisions of “The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same in each case on or before the 29th day of December, 1890.
