NOTICE is hereby given that a Trust Commissioner will, under the authority and for the purposes of the said Acts, hold a Court at Coromandel, on the 2nd day of December, 1890, for investigating the several cases mentioned in the Schedule hereunder, at which time and place all persons interested in the said cases, and having objections to any of the dealings, are hereby notified to attend.

Whitikau No. 3 Investigation of title Rehearing ordered upon the condition that the applicants deposit with the Registrar, in Auckland, on or before Thursday, the 8th January, 1891, the sum of £50 as security for costs. The costs of the rehearing and of the Chief Judge’s inquiry to be in the discretion of the Court on the rehearing.
Kawaha Investigation of title Rehearing ordered for the purpose of determining whether any, and which, of the members of the Ngatitunohopu and Ngatitaioperua hapus are entitled, by reason of occupation or otherwise, to any, and what, portion of that part of the said land which has been named by the Court Kawaha No. 3, and to make such readjustment, if any, as may be necessary in the boundary-line between the parcels named Kawaha No. 3 and Kawaha No. 4.
