second column of the Schedule hereto, praying that the restrictions on the alienation of such lands contained in the Crown grant, bearing date the third day of June, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, described in the first column of the said Schedule, may be removed: And whereas inquiry has been duly made by the Native Land Court, and the said Court has reported that the provisions of the law in that behalf have been complied with: And whereas it appears expedient to grant such application:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Right Honourable William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on him by “The Native Land Act, 1888,” and acting with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby order and declare that all restrictions imposed by the said Crown grant on the alienation of the said lands are hereby removed.

At the Government House, at Wellington, this eleventh day of November, 1890.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS application has been made to the Governor in Council by Meri Whakaatere, the Native owner of the land described in the second column of the Schedule hereto, praying that the restrictions on the alienation of such land contained in the Crown grant, bearing date the twenty-fourth day of December, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, described in the first column of the said Schedule, may be removed: And whereas inquiry has been duly made by the Native Land Court, and the said Court has reported that the provisions of the law in that behalf have been complied with: And whereas it appears expedient to grant such application:

Incorporation of the Tuapeka Farmers’ Union.

IN exercise of the powers and authorities vested in him by “The Agricultural and Pastoral Societies Act, 1877,” His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby incorporate the members of the Tuapeka Farmers’ Union into a corporate body, under the said Act, under the style and title of “The Tuapeka Farmers’ Union.”

Fixing Sittings of the District Courts of Nelson and Westland.
ONSLow, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority in this behalf enabling me, I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby fix and appoint that sittings of the District Courts of Nelson and Westland, for civil and criminal business, shall be held as follows, from and after the first day of January next, in lieu of those previously fixed and appointed:—
Nelson District.
In the Courthouse, Nelson, on the 8th January and 12th February, 1891.
Westland District.
In the Courthouse, Greymouth, on the 19th January and 2nd March, 1891.
In the Courthouse, Hokitika, on the 22nd January and 5th March, 1891.
In the Courthouse, Reefton, on the 27th January and 10th March, 1891.
In the Courthouse, Westport, on the 2nd February and 18th March, 1891.
Provided that in case any of the days so fixed as aforesaid shall happen to be a holiday, then the Court appointed for that day shall be holden on the first day thereafter not being a holiday.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this eighth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and ninety.

Additional Rules of the Native Land Court.
ONSLow, Governor.
WHEREAS by “The Native Land Court Act, 1886,” as amended by “The Native Land Court Act 1886 Amendment Act, 1888,” and “The Native Land Court Acts Amendment Act, 1889,” it is enacted that it shall be lawful for the Chief Judge of the Native Land Court, subject to the approval of the Governor in Council, from time to time to make rules for regulating the sittings, practice, forms, and procedure of the Court, and for the government of all persons acting under the said first-mentioned Act, and for fixing the fees to be paid under the said first-mentioned Act, the time and mode of payment, and for enforcing the payment thereof, and such rules from time to time by other rules to alter or revoke:
Now, therefore, I, Hugh Garden Seth-Smith, the Chief Judge of the said Court, do hereby, in exercise of the power and authority vested in me by the said Acts, make the rules following, which shall be read together with the rules of the Native Land Court dated the 14th day of March, 1890 (hereinafter called “the said rules”).

Rule 29 of the said rules is hereby revoked.

Every person named in a will as executor who desires to obtain probate thereof may apply to the Court in Form No. 45 in the Schedule hereto, and shall at the same time, or as soon thereafter as conveniently may be, file in the office of the Registrar a declaration in the Form No. 46 in the Schedule hereto, made by some person acquainted with the facts therein stated, and shall also make and file a declaration in the Form No. 47 in the said Schedule.
