In the matter of “The Companies Act, 1882,” and in the matter of the NEW ZEALAND EXHIBITION COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that, by an order of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, the creditors of the above-named company are required, on or before the 1st day of December, 1890, to send their names and addresses, and the particulars of their debts and claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors, if any, to John Roberts and Douglas Harris Hastings, the Liquidators of the said company, at the registered office of the said company, Chamber of Commerce, Dunedin, in the Colony of New Zealand; and, if so required in writing from the said Liquidators, are, by their solicitors, to come in and prove their said debts or claims at the Registrar’s Office, in the Supreme Courthouse, at Dunedin, on or before Monday, the 15th day of December, 1890, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon; or, in default thereof, they will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

In the matter of “The Public Works Act, 1882,” and the amending Acts thereof, and in the matter of the taking by the Waihemo County Council of certain lands in the County of Waihemo, in the Provincial District of Otago, for use as roads.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Waihemo County Council to take certain lands in the Provincial District of Otago, hereinafter more particularly described, for the purpose of constructing roads; and all persons affected are hereby called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the taking of such lands, and to send such writing within forty days from the publication hereof to the said Waihemo County Council, at Palmerston, in the Provincial District of Otago aforesaid. And notice is hereby further given that the plans of the said lands are open for inspection at the office of the said Waihemo County Council, at Palmerston aforesaid, and the following is the description of the said lands respectively:—

All that parcel of land containing by admeasurement 2 roods 24·3 perches, being part of Section 8, Block III., Dunback Survey District; and also all that parcel of land containing by admeasurement 0·6 perches, being part of Section 1, Block IV., Dunback Survey District; and also all that parcel of land containing by admeasurement 3 roods 29·2 perches, being part of Section 32, Block IV., Dunback Survey District; and also all that parcel of land containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods 17 perches, being another part of said Section 32; and also all that parcel of land containing by admeasurement 2 perches, being another part of said Section 32.
