subsisting between us, the undersigned WILLIAM
SWINTON LAURIE and ROBERT NAY RYBURN, carrying on
business as Merchants and Commission Agents, at Customs
Street, Auckland, and as Bone-millers at Ngaruawahia,
under the style of “W. S. Laurie and Co.,” has this day
been dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to or owing
by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said
William Swinton Laurie, who will continue the said business
under the present style of “W. S. Laurie and Co.”

In the matter of the Kaihu Valley Railway Company
(Limited), in liquidation.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named
company, duly convened, and held at the office of the
company, City of Auckland, on the 17th day of October,
1890, the following resolution was duly passed:—

“That Ebenezer Weymouth and William Henry Churton
be and they are hereby appointed to the office of Liquida-
tors of the company, rendered vacant by the death of
Robert Clapham Barstow, Esq.”
