NOTICE is hereby given that the several parcels of land
hereinafter described will be brought under the pro-
visions of “The Land Transfer Act, 1885,” unless caveat be
lodged forbidding the same on or before the 6th day of
December, 1890.

18 perches, Block LXI., Rangitikei District. In occupation

in the business of Farmers, was this day dissolved by mutual
consent.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately
subsisting between us, the undersigned WILLIAM
SWINTON LAURIE and ROBERT NAY RYBURN, carrying on
business as Merchants and Commission Agents, at Customs
Street, Auckland, and as Bone-millers at Ngaruawahia,
under the style of “W. S. Laurie and Co.,” has this day
been dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to or owing
by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said
William Swinton Laurie, who will continue the said business
under the present style of “W. S. Laurie and Co.”

be and they are hereby appointed to the office of Liquida-
tors of the company, rendered vacant by the death of
Robert Clapham Barstow, Esq.”
