KENILWORTH GOLD- AND SILVER-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED).

NOTICE is hereby given that, at an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the above company, held in the company's offices, Insurance Buildings, Queen Street, Auckland, on the 13th January, 1890, the following resolutions were passed: "That the Kenilworth Gold- and Silver-mining Company (Limited) be voluntarily wound up under 'The Companies Act, 1882.'" "That Mr. J. Young be appointed Liquidator."

The foregoing resolutions were confirmed at a meeting of the shareholders of the company held on the 28th day of January, 1890.

I, the undersigned, hereby make application to register the Otago Reliance and Renown Quartz-mining Company as a Limited Company, under the provisions of "The Mining Companies Act, 1886."

  1. The name of the company is the Otago Reliance and Renown Quartz-mining Company (Limited).

  2. The place of intended operations is at Nenthorn, in the Provincial District of Otago.

  3. The registered office of the company will be situated at Nenthorn, in the said provincial district.

  4. The nominal capital of the company is nine thousand pounds, in thirty-six thousand shares of five shillings each.

  5. The number of shares subscribed for is thirty-six thousand, being not less than two-thirds of the entire number of shares in the company.

  6. The amount of paid-up shares is nil.

  7. The amount already paid up is two shillings and sixpence per share.

  8. The name of the Legal Manager is Carlaw Smith.
