SPECIAL ORDER.
THAT a rate of 1½d. in the pound be levied on Blocks VIII., XII., and XVI., Kaitawa, and Blocks IV. and V., Tangata Survey Districts, to cover interest on loan of £1,200, applied for under provisions of “The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886;” such rate to be an annually-recurring rate for twenty-six years, to be paid in one sum on the 1st day of June in each year.
I certify that the foregoing special order was duly made at an ordinary meeting of the Board, held on Saturday, the 30th day of November, and confirmed at a special meeting held on the 28th of December, 1889.
