THE following special order, made by the Waitotara-Momohaki Road Board, is published in accordance with “The Road Boards Act, 1882.”

SPECIAL ORDER made by the Waitotara-Momohaki Road Board, at a Meeting held on Saturday, 20th September, 1890.
THAT a special order be now made levying a rate of 4d. in the pound, for a period of twenty-six years, over the Oma-hine-Momohaki Special Rating District, such special rate to be an annual recurring one, and to be paid in equal instalments half-yearly, on the 1st days of April and October in each year.
That the cost of raising and first year’s interest be paid out of the loan, and that Messrs. T. Clark and J. Wilkie sign the rate-book.
I hereby certify that the foregoing special order has been duly made by the Waitotara-Momohaki Road Board, as required by “The Road Boards Act, 1882.”
