Land Transfer Act Notices.

NOTICE is hereby given that a statutory declaration of the loss of certificate of title in favour of JAMES SAUNDERS GIBBONS for one undivided equal fourth part or share of and in Sections 8, 9, 10, and 11, Block 11, of the Waihou Survey District, containing 419 acres 3 roods 25 perches, more or less, and being the whole of the land comprised in Vol. xxix., folio 263, of the Register-book, having been filed in this office, and application having been made for the issue of a provisional certificate for the same, it is my intention to issue such certificate, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the 6th day of February next.

APPLICATION having been made for the issue of a provisional certificate of title for Lot 232, Plan 83, part of Section 232, Sandon, described in certificate of title, Vol. xv., folio 144, and evidence having been lodged as to the destruction of the original certificate, I give notice that I will issue the provisional certificate as requested, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the 13th day of February, 1890.
