Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Leasing as a Small Grazing Run in Wellington Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.

I N pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the sixth section of “The Land Act, 1885,” I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the Proclamation of the sixteenth day of July, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six, by His Excellency the Governor, setting apart the section of land mentioned in the Schedule hereto for leasing as a small grazing run, shall be and the same is hereby revoked in so far as it relates to the run mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, of Onslow in the County of Salop; Viscount Cranley, of Cranley in the County of Surrey; Baron Onslow, of Onslow in the County of Salop, and of West Clandon in the County of Surrey; Baron Cranley, of Imbercourt; Baronet; Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George; Governor and Commander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty’s Colony of New Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-Admiral of the same; and issued under the Seal of the said Colony, at the Government House, at Wellington, this twenty-ninth day of August, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety.

Setting apart Land in the Marlborough Land District for Leasing as Small Grazing Runs under “The Land Act, 1885.”

A PROCLAMATION.

B Y virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the one hundred and ninety-seventh section of “The Land Act, 1885,” and of every other power and authority enabling me in that behalf, I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the land enumerated in the Schedule hereto shall be subject to the provisions of sections one hundred and ninety-eight to two hundred and nineteen of Part VII. of “The Land Act, 1885,” relating to small grazing runs.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Marlborough Land District, situated in Nydia Bay, being part of Block I., Tennyson Survey District, and part of Block IV., Wakamarina Survey District, containing by estimation 720 acres. Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 1, Block I., Sections Nos. 121, 136, 108, and a leading spur to a forest reserve; towards the north-west by that forest reserve; towards the south-west by a proposed forest reserve; and towards the south-east by another leading spur to the commencing-point.

Also all that area in the Marlborough Land District, situated in Mahau Sound, being part of Block V., Linkwater Survey District, containing by estimation 620 acres. Bounded towards the north by a proposed forest reserve; towards the east by Section No. 112; towards the south by Mahau Sound; and towards the west by Section No. 88 and the eastern boundary-line of that section produced to the commencing-point.

As the aforesaid areas are more particularly delineated on the official map, deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Blenheim.

ERRATUM.—In New Zealand Gazette No. 46, of the 28th August, 1890, page 960, application for registration of a trade-mark (No. 105), through an error in drawing up the application, the name “John McIntosh” was inserted. It should have been “James McIntosh.”
