THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

Water-race License No. 602 and Machine-site License 11181; that the said licenses and the respective renewals (if any) thereof, and all other licenses and certificates relating to the said water-race and machine-site, be cancelled; and the complainants be decreed the first applicants for the said water-race and machine-site, and be put in possession of the same:
These are therefore to command you, the said Gladstone Gold-mining Company (Limited), in Her Majesty’s name, to be and appear on the 10th day of September, 1890, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, at the Warden’s Court to be held at the Courthouse at Arrowtown, to answer to the said complaint and demand.
Given under my hand, this thirty-first day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and ninety, at Arrowtown, in the district aforesaid.

THE AUCKLAND LEAD GOLD-DREDGING COMPANY (LIMITED), IN LIQUIDATION.
NOTICE is hereby given that an Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Auckland Lead Gold-dredging Company (Limited), in liquidation, will be held on Tuesday, the 4th day of November, 1890, at Mr. G. G. Stead’s office, Grain Agency Buildings, Christchurch, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon.
Business: To receive the Liquidator’s accounts and report of the winding-up and liquidation of the company’s business and property, and to determine how the books and documents of the company shall be disposed of.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership which has for some time past been carried on by ALEXANDER BLAIR ANDERSON and JAMES MACFIE, under the firm of “Anderson and Macfie,” at Kames Bay, near Opunake, Colony of New Zealand, in the trade or business of Farmers, was this day dissolved by mutual consent. All debts owing to or by the late firm will be received or paid, as the case may be, by James Macfie.

PARTNERSHIP NOTICE.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between ARCHIBALD MCCALLUM, WILLIAM ASHER, and GEORGE DALGLIESH, carrying on business as Saw-millers and Timber Merchants at Invercargill, Longbush, Dunedin, and Oamaru, under the style of “McCallum and Company,” has been dissolved as from the 30th June, 1890, the said George Dalglish retiring from the said firm, whose interest in the said business has been purchased by Archibald McCallum and William Asher, and the whole estate and interest of the said George Dalglish in the said business is assigned to the said Archibald McCallum and William Asher, who in future will carry on the said business, paying all debts due by, and receiving all moneys due to, the said firm of McCallum and Company.
