Land Transfer Act Notices.
A PPLICATION having been made to register a dealing affecting Mortgage No. 2898, CHARLES AKER (land now vested in the name of JOHN TURNBULL MURRAY HAYHURST) to MARY HAYHURST, and a statutory declaration of the loss of the original mortgage having been lodged with me, I hereby give notice that I will dispense with the production of the said mortgage and register such dealing at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

THE PREMIER GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED), Complainant, and THE GLADSTONE GOLD-MINING COMPANY (LIMITED), Defendant.
W HEREAS complaint hath this day been made by the Premier Gold-mining Company (Limited), complainant, against the Gladstone Gold-mining Company (Limited), defendant,—
- That defendant company is the registered owner of a water-race at or about the junction of Sawyer’s Gully and Twelve-mile Creek, Macetown, held under Original License No. 602, dated the 27th June, 1878; and also of a machine-site of one acre, at Twelve-mile Creek, Macetown, held under Original License No. 11181, dated the 25th June, 1878;
- That, with the exception of the first payment, the defendant company have never paid any rent or fees on the said machine-site, have never used the said site for the purpose for which the same was granted, have abandoned the said site for seven years last past, and have forfeited all right thereto, and have not complied with the conditions subject to which the said license was granted;
- That defendant company have never cut the said race or any part of it, have neglected to renew the license therefor, have abandoned the same for seven years last past, and have forfeited all right thereto:
Wherefore the complainant claims that defendant company be adjudged to have forfeited all right to the said
