Vaccination Districts constituted.
ONSLOW, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in the Governor by “The Public Health Act, 1876,” I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby abolish the existing vaccination districts known as the Turanga, Opotiki, and Wairoa Districts; and do declare that the territory heretofore comprised within the said districts is hereby divided anew into four vaccination districts, the names whereof shall be the Waiapu, Gisborne, Opotiki, and Wairoa Districts, and the boundaries whereof shall be coterminous with the boundaries of the marriage districts bearing the same names as are set forth in a Proclamation of even date herewith, made under the provisions of “The Marriage Act, 1880.”
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this sixteenth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and ninety.

Duty to be levied on Brewers’ Caramel.
ONSLOW, Governor.
IN exercise of the powers in me for that purpose vested by “The Customs and Excise Duties Act, 1888,” I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby direct that, from and after the date hereof, there shall be levied upon brewers’ caramel, used as a substitute for black or roasted malt, a duty of threepence the pound.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this thirteenth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and ninety.

Increasing Number of Commissioners, Town District of Stratford, County of Taranaki.
ONSLOW, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by “The Town Districts Act Amendment Act, 1883,” I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby increase the number of the Commissioners of the Town District of Stratford to seven, such increase to commence from the general election of members to be held in September, one thousand eight hundred and ninety.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this sixteenth day of August, one thousand eight hundred and ninety.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by “The Town Districts Act Amendment Act, 1883,” I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby increase the number of the Commissioners of the Town District of Wyndham to seven, such increase to commence from the general election of members to be held in September, 1890.
