Land Transfer Act Notices.

IN the matter of a Lease No. 296, ARCHIBALD DUDINGTON WILLIS to CHARLES MUNRO CROCKER, of Allotments 6 and 7 of Section No. 21, Hawera Ten-acre Settlement.—Notice of re-entry and determination of the above lease, on the ground of non-fulfilment of covenant, will be entered on the register, on the application of the registered Proprietor, unless caveat forbidding the same be lodged at this office within one calendar month after the date of the Gazette containing this notice.

APPLICATION having been made to register a certain dealing affecting the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. lxxvii., folio 194, whereof THOMAS MORGAN is the registered Proprietor, and a statutory declaration of the loss of the said certificate of title having been lodged with me, and an application having been made for the issue of a provisional certificate of title, I hereby give notice that I shall register such dealing, and issue the provisional certificate as requested, at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
