situated in the upper portion of the Kaituna Valley, being
partly in Block III., Aorere District, and partly in Block

Description of Land: Steep hills, birch and rimu timber;
access up Kaituna Valley.
All that block of land containing approximately 900 acres,
lying at the back of surveyed lands in Blocks VI. and X.,
Pakawau District. Cash price, 6s. per acre.
Description of Land: Rough, broken hills, birch and rimu
timber; access partly up Plumbago Creek.
