Block VI., and Blocks XI., XII., and XVIII. of the said Invercargill Hundred, to the Makarewa River; thence towards the north-west by that river to the north-western corner of Section No. 190, Forest Hill Hundred; thence towards the north by a line due east for a distance of 174 chains; thence towards the west by a line due north for a distance of 200 chains; thence again towards the north-west by a line bearing N. 45° E. to the eastern boundary-line of the said Forest Hill Hundred; again towards the west by the Forest Hill Hundred aforesaid; again towards the south by the said Forest Hill Hundred to Lora Stream; thence again towards the north-west generally by the said Lora Stream to Run No. 148A; thence by the said Run No. 148A, and by the western boundary-line of Run No. 119A, to Cowan’s Creek; thence by the said Cowan’s Creek to its confluence with the Waimea Stream; thence by the said Waimea Stream to its confluence with the Longridge Stream; and thence by the last-mentioned stream to Section No. 512, Hokonui Survey District; thence towards the north by that section and Section No. 42, and by the road which forms the north-western boundaries of Sections Nos. 625, 626, 627, 628, 629, and 198 of the said Hokonui Survey District, to the road which forms the north-eastern boundary of the last-mentioned section; thence again towards the north-east by that road and its continuation to the easternmost corner of Section No. 148, and thence again towards the north by a right line to the westernmost corner of Section No. 202 of the said Hokonui Survey District; thence by Sections Nos. 639, 150, 541, 567, 40, and 511, all of the said Hokonui Survey District, and by the southern boundary-line of the last-mentioned section produced to the left bank of the Mataura River; and thence again towards the north-east by the left bank of that river to the mouth of the Wakaia Stream.

WAKATIPU.

This district is bounded towards the north-east and north-west by the Westland Electoral District, hereinbefore described; towards the east by the Waitaki Electoral District, hereinbefore described; towards the south-east by the Mount Ida, the Tuapeka, and the Clutha Electoral Districts, respectively hereinbefore described; towards the south by the Mataura Electoral District, hereinbefore described; towards the south-west by the Mataura River to the confluence of the Tomogalak Stream with that river; thence by the said Tomogalak Stream to a point in line with the northern boundary-line of Run No. 207; thence towards the south by a right line across the said Tomogalak Stream to the north-eastern corner of the said Run No. 207; thence by that run and Section No. 154, Hokonui Survey District, to the Oreti River; thence again towards the south-west and towards the west by the said Oreti River to a point due west of Hummock Peak; thence towards the north by a right line to Hummock Peak; thence again towards the west generally by the summit of the watershed over Mount Lookup and the Thomson Mountains to a line drawn between Round Peak and Moffat Peak; thence again towards the south by a right line to Moffat Peak; thence by a right line to Mount Eglinton; thence again towards the south-west by the summit of the Earl Mountains to a point in line with the Castle Mountain and Cloudy Pass; thence again towards the south-west by a right line over the said Castle Mountain and Cloudy Pass to Bligh Sound, and thence by the said Bligh Sound to the ocean; and thence again towards the north-west by the ocean.

WALLACE.

This district is bounded towards the north-east generally by the Wakatipu Electoral District, hereinbefore described; towards the south-east generally by the Mataura Electoral District, hereinbefore described, to the road which forms the south-western boundary of Section No. 340, Hokonui Survey District; thence towards the south-west by that road and its continuation in a north-westerly direction through Section No. 215 of the said Hokonui Survey District, crossing Taylor’s Stream and the Otipiri Stream, and through Sections Nos. 273, 345, and 335, along the south-western boundary of Section No. 336, and through Sections Nos. 711 and 426, all of the said Hokonui Survey District, to the road which forms the south-eastern boundary of Section No. 365; thence by that road and its continuation in a westerly direction across the Winton Stream, and through Section No. 256, along the north-eastern boundary of Section No. 316, and through Section No. 136A, to the Benmore Railway-station, on the Invercargill-Kingston Railway-line; thence towards the east by that railway-line to the Township of Limehills; thence towards the south by that township and the southern boundary-line of Section No. 86 of the said Hokonui Survey District, and by that boundary-line produced across the said Oreti River; thence by the Oreti Hundred to the road which forms the north-eastern boundary of Section No. 53, Oreti Hundred; thence again towards the east generally by Section No. 63, and the road which forms the south-eastern boundary of Section No. 53, and that road continued through Section No. 62 of the said Oreti Hundred to the western boundary of the said Section No. 62; thence by the eastern side of that road to Section No. 108; thence towards the south by the said Section No. 108, and Sections Nos. 107 and 44, to the north-western corner of the last-mentioned section; thence again towards the east by the said Section No. 44, and Sections Nos. 43, 80, 86, 89, 90, 91, 94, and 95, all of the said Oreti Hundred, to the south-western corner of the last-mentioned section; thence again towards the south by the New River Hundred to the Waimatuku Stream; thence again towards the east by the left bank of that stream to the ocean; and thence again towards the south and towards the west by the ocean.

INVERCARGILL.

This district is bounded towards the north-west by the Waihopai River; towards the east and north by part of Section No. 26, Block I., Invercargill Hundred (being the eastern and northern boundary-lines of the Borough of Gladstone), to the road which forms the western boundary of Section No. 36, Block I., Invercargill Hundred; thence again towards the east by that road to a point in line with the southern boundary-line of the said Section No. 36; thence again towards the north by a right line to the southern boundary-line of that section; thence by the said Section No. 36 and Sections Nos. 37 and 38 of the said Block I. to a point in line with the western boundary-line of Section No. 35 of the said Block I.; thence again towards the east by a right line across a road to the said western boundary-line; thence by the said Section No. 35 and Section 34 of the said Block I.; again towards the north by the said Section No. 34 to Section No. 6 of the said Block I.; thence towards the north-east by the said Section No. 6; thence towards the south-east by Sections Nos. 5, 4, and 3 of the said Block I.; thence again towards the north-east by the last-mentioned Section to the road which forms the south-eastern boundary of Section No. 2; thence again towards the south-east and south by that road and East Road to the road which forms the western boundary of Section No. 8 of the said Block I.; thence again towards the east by the eastern side of that road to the road which forms the southern boundary of the said section No. 8; thence again towards the north by the last-mentioned road to Section No. 17 of the said Block I.; thence again towards the east by the said Section No. 17 and Section No. 34; thence again towards the north by the said Section No. 34 and Sections Nos. 35, 36B, 37B, and 38 of Block XIX., Invercargill Hundred; thence again towards the east by the road which forms the western boundaries of Sections Nos. 4, 7, 11, and 15 of Block XXII. to the Seaward Bush Railway Reserve; thence towards the south-west by that railway reserve to a point in line with the northern boundary-line of Section No. 57 of the said Block XIX.; thence again towards the south by a right line to the said northern boundary-line; thence by the said Section No. 57 and its northern boundary-line produced across a road to Section No. 45 of the said Block XIX.; thence towards the west by the said Section No. 45; thence again towards the south by that section and Section No. 39 of the said Block XIX. and the northern boundary-line of the last-mentioned section produced across a road to Section No. 7, Block III., Invercargill Hundred; thence again towards the west and south by the said Section No. 7 and its northern boundary-line produced to the New River Estuary; and thence again towards the west by the said New River Estuary to the mouth of the Waihopai River.

AWARUA.

This district is bounded towards the north-west and north-east generally by the Wallace Electoral District, hereinbefore described; towards the east generally by the Mataura Electoral District, hereinbefore described, to the ocean; towards the south-west by the ocean; again towards the north-west, towards the north, and towards the west by the New River Estuary and the Invercargill Electoral District, hereinbefore described; towards the south by the said Invercargill Electoral District; again towards the east by the New River Estuary; and again towards the south-west by the ocean: including Stewart Island, Centre Island, Dog Island, and all adjacent islands.
