IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries
Act, 1882," I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
CHRISTOPHER FINLAYSON and
JAMES WALKER
to be Trustees, in the place of David McKay and James
Lumsden, resigned, to provide for the maintenance and care
of the Wyndham Cemetery, in conjunction with the other
persons appointed by warrant under the hand of His Excel-
lency the Governor on the fourth day of December, one
thousand eight hundred and eighty-one.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this twenty-second day of April, one thousand eight
hundred and ninety.

Makaraka Cemetery, in conjunction with the other persons
appointed by warrant under the hand of His Excellency the
Governor on the twenty-third day of December, one thousand
eight hundred and seventy-eight.

this twenty-second day of April, one thousand eight
hundred and ninety.
