Land Transfer Act Notices.
WHEREAS evidence of the loss of certificates of title, Vol. i.c, folio 521, and Vol. ii., folio 256, in favour of ALEXANDER MACFARLANE and ALEXANDER MACFARLANE THE YOUNGER, respectively, for parts of Sections 20 and 21, Takaka District, has been lodged with me: Notice is hereby given that I will issue provisional certificates of title to Alexander Macfarlane the younger, the registered Proprietor of the said lands, unless caveat be lodged forbidding the same on or before the 10th day of May next.
