Sitting of Court to hear and determine upon Application for Rehearing.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Chief Judge, sitting with an Assessor, will, in open Court, at Wellington, on the 15th day of January, 1890, hear and determine upon the application for rehearing mentioned in the Schedule hereto. All persons interested in the said application are required to attend at the time and place aforesaid.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Judge of the Native Land Court will, with an Assessor, attend at the Courthouse, Wellington, on Thursday, the 16th day of January, 1890, and make inquiry into the circumstances of the sale of land specified in the Schedule hereto, and, upon such inquiry, report as to him may seem fit.

NOTICE is hereby given that a Judge of the Native Land Court will, with an Assessor, sit at the Native Land Court Office, Wellington, on Thursday, the 16th day of January, 1890, and make inquiry respecting the applications of the persons named in the first column of the Schedule hereto for the removal of the restrictions on alienation of the lands named in the second column, situate in the district named in the third column, and thereupon report as he shall think fit.

Crown Lands Notices.

Sections, Town of Levin, to be sold by Auction.

Crown Lands Office,
Wellington, 20th December, 1889.

IT is hereby notified, in terms of “The Land Act, 1885,” that the sections in the Town of Levin enumerated in the accompanying Schedule will be offered for sale for cash by public auction, at the Crown Lands Office, Wellington, on Friday, the 31st January, 1890, at noon.

Plans and particulars can be obtained at this office.

One-fifth of the purchase-money must be deposited on the fall of the hammer, and the balance within thirty days, or the deposit will be forfeited.

There are no limitations or restrictions incumbent upon purchasers of town lands for cash.

All sections unsold at the auction will be withdrawn till further notice.
