Templeton Road Board.

YALDHURST.

All that parcel of land in the Rolleston Survey District, Provincial District of Canterbury, containing 5 acres, more or less. Bounded westward by Section No. 3084; southward by Bealey's Road, 1200 links; eastward by a line at right angles thereto, 500 links; and northward by a line parallel to the southern boundary.

Also all that parcel of land in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 5 acres, more or less, being Section No. 2538 (in red), formerly part of Reserve No. 321, situate in Block IX., Christchurch Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by a road-line, 7425 links; towards the south-east by the remaining portion of Reserve No. 321, 726.7 links; towards the south-west by a road-line, 1288.5 links; and towards the north-west by Section No. 3084, 1508 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same are delineated on the plan deposited in the District Survey Office, Christchurch.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this thirty-first day of March, one thousand eight hundred and ninety.
