HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-fourth section of “The Public Reserves Act, 1881,” I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, do hereby order and declare that the reserve made for public recreation in the Provincial District of Taranaki, and known as the Clifton Recreation-ground, and described in the Schedule hereto, shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of “The Public Domains Act, 1881; and such domain shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt with, in manner directed by the said Act, by the Domain Board constituted by an Order in Council issued on the fourteenth day of January, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-six.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that parcel of land in the Land District of Taranaki, containing by admeasurement 57 acres, more or less, being Section No. 12, Block III., Waitara Survey District. Bounded on the east by Section No. 2, by the Old North Road, and by a roadway, 50 links wide, 4122·3 links; and on the south, west, and north by a reserve 100 links from high-water mark: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, New Plymouth.

Vesting a Reserve in the Contributors to the Wakatipu District Hospital (Incorporated).

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto was reserved for hospital purposes: And whereas, in the opinion of the Governor, it is expedient to vest the said lands in the contributors of the Wakatipu District Hospital, incorporated under “The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1885:”
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby declare that, from and after the day of the date hereof, the land described in the Schedule hereto shall become vested in the contributors of the Wakatipu District Hospital (Incorporated), in trust, for an addition to the hospital reserve.

ALL that parcel of land in the Land District of Otago, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 8 perches, more or less, being Sections Nos. 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 22, 23, 24, Block VIII., and 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 22, 23, 24, Block IX., Town of Frankton. Bounded on the north by Warwick Street 222 links, by Section No. 4 of Block IX. 130 links, by Worcester Street 222 links, also by Section No. 4 of Block VIII. 130 links; on the east by Section No. 4 of Block IX. 80 links, by Cumberland Street 318 links, by Section No. 1 of Block IX. 80 links, by Section No. 4 of Block VIII. 80 links, also by Section No. 1 of Block VIII. 80 links; on the south by Section No. 1 of Block IX. 130 links, by Worcester Street 222 links, by Section No. 1 of Block VIII. 130 links, also by Leicester Street 222 links; on the west by Sections Nos. 8 and 21 of Block IX. 319 links, also by Sections Nos. 8 and 21 of Block VIII. 319 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Dunedin.

Shooting Season for Imported Game, License Fee, &c., Grey District.
ONSLOW, Governor.
IN pursuance of the powers vested in me by “The Animals Protection Act, 1880,” and the Acts amending the same, I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby notify that cock-pheasants and quail may be taken or killed within the Grey District, consisting of the County of Grey, from the first day of June, one thousand eight hundred and ninety, to the thirtieth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and ninety, both inclusive; and that hares may be taken or killed within the said district from the first day of April to the thirtieth day of June, one thousand eight hundred and ninety, both inclusive (subject nevertheless to the restrictions in the said Acts mentioned); and I do further notify that licenses to take or kill such game within the said district shall be issued on payment of the sum of twenty shillings each, and that licenses to sell game and native game shall be issued on payment of five pounds each; and the Chief Postmaster at Greymouth is hereby appointed to sign and issue the said licenses.

Coursing Season for Hares, License Fee, &c., Southland District.
ONSLOW, Governor.
IN exercise of the powers vested in me by “The Animals Protection Act, 1880,” and the Acts amending the same, I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby notify that hares may be taken or killed by coursing only within the Southland District, consisting of so much of the County of Southland as lies to the westward of the Mataura River, together with the Counties of Fiord, Wallace, and Stewart Island, from the first day of April, one thousand eight hundred and ninety, to the thirty-first day of July, one thousand eight hundred and ninety, both inclusive (subject nevertheless to the restrictions in the said Acts mentioned). And I do further notify that licenses to course hares within the said district shall be issued on payment of the sum of thirty shillings each, and that licenses to sell game and native game shall be issued on payment of the sum of five pounds each; and the Chief Postmaster at Invercargill is hereby appointed to sign and issue the said licenses.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor, this twenty-seventh day of March, one thousand eight hundred and ninety.

IN exercise of the powers vested in me by “The Animals Protection Act, 1880,” and the Acts amending the same, I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby notify that cock-pheasants, hares, and quail may be taken or killed within the Opotiki District, consisting of so much of the Counties of East Taupo and Whakatane as lies to the south of the Rangitaiki River, from the first day of May, one thousand eight hundred and ninety, to the thirty-first day of July, one thousand eight hundred and ninety, both inclusive (subject nevertheless to the restrictions in the said Acts mentioned). And I do further notify that licenses to take or kill such game within the said district shall be issued on payment of the sum of ten shillings each, and that licenses to sell native game and game shall be issued on payment of the sum of five pounds each; and the Postmaster at Opotiki is hereby appointed to sign and issue the said licenses.
