RESTRICTIONS.

The Court, being satisfied, on public inquiry, that, apart

determined by the Court, belonging to him [or them] in his [or

and occupation, and that, as to the said land the subject of
this order, those appearing as owners, and all others having
a beneficial interest, concur in the proposed removal:

It is ordered that the restrictions on the alienation of the

In exercise of the authority conferred on me by the 53rd
section of "The Native Land Court Act, 1886," I, the
undersigned, Chief Judge of the said Court, do hereby
appoint a sitting of the said Court to be held at , on

that, in exercising its jurisdiction under Part III., or Part
IX., of the said Act, the said Court shall consist of one
