Provided further that, if the fees are not paid within such period of one month, then the fees set forth in the Fifth Schedule to the said Act shall be paid in respect of each inspection and certificate.
And it is hereby declared that these presents shall come into force on and after the date of the publication thereof in the New Zealand Gazette.

FEES ON INSPECTION OF BOILERS.

WHEREAS by the two hundred and twenty-seventh section of “The Land Act, 1885,” it is enacted that the Governor may from time to time, either by general or particular description, and whether the same has been surveyed or not, reserve from sale temporarily, notwithstanding that the same may be then held under pastoral license, any Crown lands which in his opinion are required for any of the purposes in the said section mentioned:
Now, therefore, I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in exercise and pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby temporarily reserve from sale the land in the Land Districts of Auckland, Hawke’s Bay, Wellington, Canterbury, and Otago, described in the Schedule hereunder written, for the purposes in the said Schedule specified.
SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND.
All that parcel of land in the Land District of Auckland, being Section No. 71 of Block V., Hukerenui Survey District, and containing by admeasurement 13 acres 3 roods 23 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the north by Section No. 16 of Block V. aforesaid, 750 links; towards the east by Section No. 11 of the same block, 2311 links; towards the south-west by a public road, 1184 links; and towards the west by a public road, 1397 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For a school-site.
All that parcel of land situated in the Land District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 19 perches, more or less, and being Section No. 38A of Block X., Mangamuka Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east by Section No. 38, 325 links; towards the south-east by Section No. 39, 640 links; towards the south-west by a reserve 100 links wide along the Wairupe Creek; and towards the north-west by Section No. 38 aforesaid, 590 links, to the commencing-point: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. All that parcel of land in the Land District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 33 acres, more or less, situate in the Parish of Waitemata, in the suburbs of Auckland, being Allotment No. 60 of Section No. 12 of the said parish. Bounded towards the north-west, north-east, east, south-east, and south by land originally granted to the Rev. James Hamlin, 575 links, 937 links, 998 links, 1208 links, 633 links, and 2197 links respectively; towards the west by the Great South Road, 229 links; and towards the north, again towards the north-west, and towards the south-west by Allotment No. 61 of Section No. 12 aforesaid, 362 links, 790 links, 128 links, 227 links, and 743 links respectively: be the said several admeasurements a little more or less; as the same is delineated on the map of the said parish deposited in the District Survey Office at Auckland. All that parcel of land in the Land District of Auckland, containing by admeasurement 6 acres, more or less, situate in the Parish of Waitemata, in the suburbs of Auckland, being Allotment No. 61 of Section No. 12 of the said parish. Bounded towards the north-east, south-east, and south by Allotment No. 60 of Section No. 12 aforesaid, 743 links, 227 links, 128 links, 790 links, and 362 links respectively; towards the west by the Great South Road, 476 links; and again towards the north-east and north-west by land originally granted to the Rev. James Hamlin, 126 links, 250 links, and 1096 links respectively: save and except thereout a road 50 links wide intersecting the said parcel of land; be all the aforesaid linkages a little more or less; as the same is delineated on the map of the said parish deposited in the District Survey Office, Auckland. HAWKE’S BAY.
All that parcel of land in the Land District of Hawke’s Bay, containing by admeasurement 20 acres and 28 perches, more or less, being Section No. 2, Block XIII., Waihua Survey District. Bounded towards the east by the Coquet Stream and Block XXV., 1600 links and 1362·2 links; towards the south-west by a branch of the Waiotia Stream and Blocks XXXVII. and XLIX., 218·4 links, 1140 links, 936 links, and 790 links; and towards the north-west by Block XXXIII., 856·3 links, 141·4 links, and 963·7 links: save and excepting a public road 100 links wide which intersects the said section; be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Napier. WELLINGTON.
All that parcel of land in the Land District of Wellington, containing by admeasurement 4 acres and 28 perches, more or less, being part of Section No. 395, Block VIII., Wairoa Survey District. Bounded on the north-east by a public road, 1525 links; on the south-east by other portion of Section No. 395, 538 links; on the south by other portion of Section No. 395, 1110 links; on the west by other portion of Section No. 395, 934 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor, Wellington. Bounded north-eastward by the road south-east of Section No. 9281, 2037 links; south-westward by the Tramway Reserve, 2095·3 links; and north-westward by a line at right angles to the north-east boundary, 491 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; as the same is delineated on the map deposited in the District Survey Office, Christchurch.
