NOTICE is hereby given that at a sitting of the Native
Land Court of New Zealand, to be held at Greytown,
in the District of Wairarapa, on the 4th day of January,
1890, will be heard the applications of the persons whose
names appear in the first column for the partition of the
lands the names of which appear in the second column,
situate in the district named in the third column.

to be held at Greytown, Wairarapa, on the 4th day
of January, 1890, will be heard the application of the per-
sons whose names appear in the first column for the
determination of their relative shares or interests in the
hereditaments comprised in the Crown grant of the parcel of
land, the name of which appears in the second column,
situate in the district named in the third column of the
Schedule hereto.

DISTRICT OF WELLINGTON.

NOTICE is hereby given that it has, under section
81 of "The Native Land Court Act, 1886," been
certified to this Court that there had become owing to the
Surveyor named in the first column in the Schedule herein
the sum set opposite his name in the second column, by the
Native owners of the land mentioned in the third column,
for a survey of such land made by the said Surveyor.

And further notice is hereby given that, at a sitting of the
Court to be held at Greytown, Wairarapa, on the 4th day of
January, 1890, order will, unless cause be then shown to
the Court to the contrary, be made in favour of the said Sur-
veyor, charging the estate and interest of the Native owners
of the said lands with the whole or such part of the said
cost of survey so made for them as the Court may deem fit.
