Vaccination Stations appointed, Pahiatua, Wyndham, Opunake, and Waimate Plains Districts.

ONSLOW, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in me by "The Public Health Act, 1876," I, William Hillier, Earl of
Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several places mentioned in the second
column of the Schedule hereto as and to be the places at which the Public Vaccinators appointed for the respective
districts mentioned in the first column of the said Schedule shall attend for the performance of vaccination, as required by
the said Act; and I do hereby give notice that each such Public Vaccinator will attend at the respective places aforesaid,
for the purpose of performing such vaccination, on the days and at the hours set forth in the third column of the said
Schedule opposite the name of each such place; and, further, that at each such place as last aforesaid the Public
Vaccinator will attend, for the purpose of inspecting the progress of such vaccination in the persons so vaccinated, on
the days and at the hours respectively set forth in the fourth column of the said Schedule opposite the name of each
such place.

SCHEDULE.

District for which Public Vaccinator appointed. Place where Vaccination to be performed. Days and Hours fixed for Performance of Vaccination. Days and Hours fixed for inspecting the Progress of Vaccination.
Pahiatua .. The Town Hall, Pahiatua First Tuesday in each month, from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Second Tuesday in each month, from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Wyndham Leahy's Hall, Wyndham First Wednesday in January, April, July, and October, from noon until 3 p.m. Second Wednesday in January, April, July, and October, from noon until 3 p.m.
Opunake .. The Drillshed, Opunake Second Tuesday in May and Sep- tember, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Third Tuesday in May and Septem- ber, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Waimate Plains The Drill Hall, Manaia Second Tuesday in every month, from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. Third Tuesday in every month, from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Public Cemetery.

ONSLOW, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries
Act, 1882," I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several
persons whose names are specified in the first column of
the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the main-
tenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the
second column of the said Schedule.

Burton Brewery, Rangiora, Christchurch, New Zea-
land, Brewer, AΓ«rated-water and Cordial Manufacturer, has
applied to register, under "The Trade Marks Act, 1866," the
trade mark of which the following is a description:--

The representation of a pointer-dog, and the name and
address "J. Manning, Rangiora, N.Z." To be used on labels

Alterations and Additions to the Scale of Fares, Rates, and
Charges in force on the New Zealand Railways.

THE New Zealand Railway Commissioners, in exercise
and pursuance of the powers conferred by "The
Government Railways Act, 1887," do hereby make the
following alteration in and addition to the scale of fares,
rates, and charges on the New Zealand Railways, to come
into force on and after the 30th day of December, 1889:--

PART III.-GOODS.
REGULATIONS.
(15.) Port Traffic.

Haulage of timber between private stores or Government
sheds and ships, including handling at the ship's side, will
be charged as follows, viz.:-
Timber (except Australian and Tasmanian), 4d. per 100
superficial feet.
Timber, Australian and Tasmanian, 6d. per 100 superficial
feet.

HURUNUI-BLUFF SECTION.
Oamaru and Breakwater.
Rates on timber are hereby cancelled.
