33 of Subdivision P of the Manchester Block, Gorge
Survey District, to the south-eastern corner of the last-men-
tioned section; towards the north-east by Section No. 465,
Gorge Survey District; towards the south by Sections Nos.
28 and 29, a road, and Sections Nos. 30, 31, 32, 47, 48, 49, 50,
and 51, all of Subdivision P aforesaid, by Sections Nos.
26, 25, 24, 7, 6, and 5 of Subdivision O aforesaid, and by
Surburban Sections Nos. 172 and 173, Township of Mugby
Junction, to railway reserve; and towards the south-west
by the said railway reserve: exclusive of a reserve of 50
links in width on each side of a line running along the
middle of the above-described area from the railway reserve
aforesaid to Section No. 465 aforesaid.

Trustees appointed for the Control of the Waverley Public
Cemetery.

ONSLOW, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the forty-fifth section of "The Ceme-
teries Act, 1882," I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
the local authority specified in the first column of the
Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the
public cemetery specified in the second column of the said
Schedule, in the place of Walter Swinburne, Francis Symes,
George Johnston, James Thurston, and Alexander Aicken,
resigned.

SCHEDULE.

All that parcel of land in the Pro-
vincial District of Wellington, con-
taining by admeasurement 10 acres
and 16 perches, more or less, being
Section No. 328 of Block VII.,
Wairoa Survey District. Bounded
towards the north-west by Section
No. 327, 1085 links; towards the
east and south by Section No. 329,
1220 and 1000 links respectively;
and towards the west by a public
road, 800 links: as delineated on the
plan of the same, deposited in the
office of the Chief Surveyor, Wel-
lington.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this fifth day of December, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty-nine.

Trustees appointed for the Maintenance of the Waikoikoi
(Otago) Public Cemetery.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries
Act, 1882," I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several
persons whose names are specified in the first column of
the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the main-
tenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the
second column of the said Schedule.

Alexander M. Nicol. Bounded towards the north-east by
a road-line, 1028.1 links; towards
the south by Section No. 32, 428.2
links; and towards the west by
Section No. 43A, 934.6 links: be all
the aforesaid linkages more or less.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this fifth day of December, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty-nine.
