Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Leasing as Small
Grazing Runs.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon me by the sixth section of "The Land
Act, 1885," I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby declare that, from
and after the day of the date hereof, the Proclamations of
the sixteenth day of July, one thousand eight hundred and
eighty-six, and the sixteenth day of August, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-seven, by His Excellency the Go-
vernor, setting apart the sections of land mentioned in the
Schedule hereto for leasing as small grazing runs, shall be
and the same are hereby revoked in so far as they relate to
the runs mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

of Cranley in the County of Surrey; Baron
Onslow, of Onslow in the County of Salop, and
of West Clandon in the County of Surrey; Baron
Cranley, of Imbercourt; Baronet; Knight Grand
Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint
Michael and Saint George; Governor and Com-
mander-in-Chief in and over Her Majesty's Colony
of New Zealand and its Dependencies, and Vice-
Admiral of the same; and issued under the Seal
of the said Colony, at Dunedin, this fifth day of
December, in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-nine.

Land taken for a Road in Hobson County.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto
is required to be taken, under "The Public Works
Act, 1882," and its amendments, for a certain work, to wit,
the construction of a road in Hobson County:
And whereas the Hobson County Council has laid before
the Governor the memorial, accompanied by a map, and
also the statutory declaration, required by the said Act and
the amendments thereof:
Now, therefore, I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in pursuance of the powers and authorities in me vested
by "The Public Works Act, 1882," and of every other
power and authority in anywise enabling me in that
behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that, from and after
the date of the publication hereof in the New Zealand
Gazette, the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for the purposes of the construction of the said
road.

the Provincial District of Wellington, and thereon coloured
red.
