Fixing Sittings of District Court at Reefton.

ONSLOW, Governor.

IN pursuance aud exercise of the power and authority in
this behalf enabling me, I, William Hillier, Earl of
Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do
hereby fix and appoint that a sitting of the District Court of
Westland shall be held as follows:-

In the Courthouse at Reefton, for the despatch of civil and
criminal business, on Friday, the thirteenth day of December
next.

As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor,
this twenty-second day of November, one thousand
eight hundred and eighty-nine.

Trustees appointed for the Maintenance of the Hukerenui
Public Cemetery.

ONSLOW, Governor.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the sixth section of "The Cemeteries
Act, 1882," I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor
of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint the several
persons whose names are specified in the first column of
the Schedule hereto to be Trustees to provide for the main-
tenance and care of the public cemetery specified in the
second column of the said Schedule.
