No liability is accepted by or on behalf of the Crown in
respect of such fencing.
Where fences form the boundary between Crown lands
offered for license and freehold land, the purchaser of such
license will be liable to the provisions of any law now or here-
after in force relating to boundary fences.
Posters and plans can be seen at the principal railway-
stations and post offices throughout Canterbury, and may be
obtained at the Land Offices at Christchurch and Timaru,
and at the Crown Lands Office, Wellington.

Land Act, 1885," that Run 423B, Waikaia, is liable
to forfeiture, and, if the rent, together with the penalty, be
not paid within three months from this date, the run will be
declared forfeited.

rehearing, held at Dargaville, on the 8th day of November,
1889, by the Chief Judge, assisted by Hohepa Horomona, an
Assessor of the Court:
I, Hugh Garden Seth Smith, Chief Judge of the said Court,
in exercise of the authority in that behalf vested in me, do
hereby order that a rehearing upon such claim be had, at a
time and place to be hereafter notified, to determine whe-
ther Hare Tutawake is entitled to have his name included in
the list of owners of that part of the said Mareikura Block
which is called Moengawheke.

rehearing, held at Shortland, on the 8th day of October, 1889,
and following days, by the Chief Judge, assisted by Hohepa
Horomona, an Assessor of the Court:
I, Hugh Garden Seth Smith, Chief Judge of the said Court,
in exercise of the authority in that behalf vested in me, do
hereby dismiss the said application so far as regards Moehau
Nos. 1G and 1M, and do order that a rehearing upon such
claims be had, at a time and place to be hereafter notified,
so far as regards Poihakene, Moehau Nos. 1J and 1M, and
Otautu Nos. 1 and 2B.
