Roslyn, County of Taieri.

A PETITION having been presented to His Excellency
the Governor, praying that the district described in
the Schedule hereto might be incorporated in the Borough
of Roslyn, His Excellency directs it to be notified that,
unless within two months from the publication hereof a
petition or petitions as required by sections 32 or 34 of "The
Municipal Corporations Act, 1886," is or are presented to
His Excellency, he will proceed to incorporate the said
district into the said Borough of Roslyn, and will add the
same to the Sunnyside Ward of the said borough.
