Trustees appointed for the Maintenance of the Addition to
the Woodville Public Cemetery.
ONSLOW, Governor.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the forty-fifth section of "The Ceme-
teries Act, 1882," I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the
Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
the local authority specified in the first column of the
Schedule hereto to have the control and management of the
public cemetery specified in the second column of the said
Schedule, in addition to the cemetery specified in warrant
dated the twelfth day of September, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty-eight, and published in Gazette No. 51,
of the thirteenth day of September, one thousand eight
hundred and eighty-eight, page nine hundred and seventy-
six.

the Land District of Otago;
JAMES PILLANS MAITLAND, Esquire, Commissioner of
Crown Lands for the Land District of Otago; and
HENRY CLARKE, Esquire,
Commissioners to classify and report to me upon the rural
land in the Land District of Otago known as the under-
mentioned runs, as provided by section nine of "The Land
Acts Amendment Act, 1888," aforesaid :-
