that part of the County of Geraldine lying between and
including the Rangitata River on the north, the Opihi
River on the south, the sea-coast on the east, and the Mac-
kenzie County on the west.

Proposed Constitution of the Borough of Karori, County of
Hutt.

A PETITION having been presented to His Excellency
the Governor, praying that the district comprised in
the Schedule hereto might be constituted a borough under
"The Municipal Corporations Act, 1886," to be called the
Borough of Karori, His Excellency directs it to be notified
that, unless within two months from the date hereof a petition
or petitions, as provided by sections 24 or 34 of the said Act,
is or are presented to His Excellency, he will proceed to
constitute the said borough.
